EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier.

You have the right to return the product within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the product or ten (10) calendar days after informing us by e-mail stating that you intend to return the product, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

If the above days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You are responsible to pay the costs of returning the goods and you are advised to choose a trackable shipping method of return of the products such as a courier company. In case, the Company PARI SOFIANOU S.P.C does not receive the items, the amounts paid will not be refunded.

The products must not be damaged, altered, used, worn, washed and they must be returned in their original packaging along with the safety seal attached and in tact.

Damaged products shall not be accepted and no reimbursement shall be made.

The products should be returned to the address indicated in the return form at the following address:

Please note customised / personalised products can not be returned.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customarecare@parijewel.com and we will proceed with it.

REFUNDS

After the products have been returned and inspected, we will send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the returned products.

Then we will issue a refund of the amount paid on your original method of payment with in a certain amount of days. We advise you to keep the tracking numbers for your returns in a safe place, in every case. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made.

The value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the original debit.

PARI SOFIANOU S.P.C is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than Euros. Bank charges are not refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
