Returns section
We maintain a strict 7-day returns policy. If you wish to initiate a return, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for returns initiated beyond this period. However, we may offer an exchange or a credit note in some cases. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging.
Please note that made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. If a piece is unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will notify you via email. Production will only begin after we receive confirmation from you to proceed. If you choose not to proceed, a full refund will be issued automatically.
While we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If you’d like us to arrange the return, please email us at orders@parijewel.com with your order number, and we’ll provide a quote (typically €25-€50, depending on your location), which will be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer to handle return shipping independently, we recommend using a trackable service such as DHL, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within several days.

Next, reach out to your bank, as processing times may delay the posting of your refund. Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or refund. We cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items.
