How to Measure Your Necklace

Use the guide below to work out how long you want your necklace to be. The guide is there to help you make a choice but please bear in mind that we are all different shapes and sizes so the fit may be a little different for you.

How to Measure Your Ring Size

METHOD I

Using a String or Paper Strip

Cut a piece of string or paper strip approximately 6 inches long. (approximately 15.24 centimeters)
Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger where you want to wear the ring.
Use a pen to mark where the string or paper overlaps.
Measure the length between the start of the string and the marked point with a ruler (in millimeters).
Match this measurement with our ring size chart below to find your perfect fit.

Note: If you’re between sizes, it’s best to size up

METHOD II

Using a Ring You Already Own

Select a ring that already fits the intended finger.
Place the ring on a ruler, and measure the inner diameter (in millimeters).
Match this diameter with our ring size chart to find your size.

Important Tips for Measuring Ring Size

Measure your finger at the end of the day when it’s slightly larger.

Avoid measuring your hands when they’re cold, as this can shrink your fingers.

Remember, ring sizes can vary slightly between each hand, so measure the specific finger on the hand you intend to wear the ring on.

If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

UK Customers

We’d like to inform you that, due to Brexit and changes effective 1/1/2021, all UK orders are now tax-exempt at the point of purchase, meaning the prices shown for UK customers on our website do not include VAT. Instead, UK customs will collect VAT once your order arrives. The shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx) will contact you to process the VAT payment before delivering your order. GREECE

Shipping within the Attica region is offered free of charge.
For deliveries to the rest of Greece, a flat shipping fee of 10 euros applies.
Orders with a total value of 350 euros or more are shipped free of charge.

REST OF THE WORLD

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, but we do ship worldwide.

Orders over €350 qualify for free worldwide shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification to your registered email address, including tracking information. Orders placed on national holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day. While we strive to dispatch all items within 10 working days, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

All prices on our site include European VAT. Orders with shipping addresses outside the EU are exempt from VAT, with this discount automatically applied at checkout.

Please keep in mind that orders shipped from Greece to destinations outside the EU may incur additional import duties and taxes, which are set by local customs and vary by territory. We recommend checking with your local tax authority for more details.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship worldwide, however we do not deliver to P.O boxes.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and then an email with the tracking number of your package.
All the e-shop orders are shipped via DHL.
Please note that delivery time is always subject to product availability.
In general, we aim to deliver within 7 to 14 days working days following confirmation of the order, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

If an item is unavailable, we strive to craft it within 7 days and arrange delivery within the following 7 days. Customers will be promptly informed about any product unavailability.
